Unique Holographic Heat Transfer Vinyl

As the name suggests, Holographic Heat Transfer Vinyl is dazzling, with a vibrant and color-changing effect. The surface of the vinyl is treated with a metallic electroplating process, making it durable and resistant to abrasion. It is machine washable, hand washable, and does not peel off. It is capable of withstanding both high and low temperatures without cracking or peeling. With excellent color fastness and adhesive strength, it ensures long-lasting results.

1. Main Materials:

Imported polyurethane material, release film, hot melt positioning film (paper).

2. Peel Method & Surface Effect:

Cold peel, matte finish.

3. Heat Transfer Conditions:

• Temperature: 150-160°C

• Time: 10-20 seconds per transfer

• Pressure: 0.4 kg/cm² or above

4. Textile Care Conditions:

• Washing: Machine wash at 40°C, 50+ washes, 30 minutes per wash

• Ironing: Iron from the inside out.

5. Applications:

The surface of the holographic HTV has a stunning 3D effect and is widely used in applications such as women’s wear, children’s clothing, backpacks, hats, and more.

6. Environmental Standards:

This product has passed SGS (Category 7) environmental certification, including tests for formaldehyde, total lead, phthalates, eight heavy metals, azo compounds, organotin, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and OEKO-TEX 100 certification.
